We are seeking a proactive and result-driven
Field Sales Executive (FSE)
to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and enhance product
visibility within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for daily market visits, route coverage, customer acquisition, and achieving
sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure effective merchandising, product visibility, and product availability across outlets.
• Conduct route-to-market (RTM) activities and provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Manage customer orders, collections, stock rotation, and ensure compliance with company sales processes.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market updates, and customer feedback to the line manager.
• Support trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and activation campaigns when required.
• Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Uphold professionalism and represent company values positively during all field activities.
