About the role
Mission: Execute the On Trade commercial strategy in your designating area to ensure to generate volume and profitability in strategic clients that deliver scalable experiences.
Ensure efficient coverage of key Hospitality Points of Sale (POS) in the assigned territory, maximizing the management of this hospitality network to achieve balanced growth objectives through increased distribution and rotation of our brands by brilliantly executing activation plans that impact consumers, establishing preferential relationships with these clients at all levels of their organization.
Main responsibilities:
Accountable to deliver the designated area (rout) performance and KPI´s, through consistent monitoring and measurement
Suggesting improvements plan to reach the desired goals
Work collaborative with RTM in order to reach Diageo´s goals in the area
Ensure direct and continuous coverage of the assigned portfolio
Build positive relationships with decision-makers at the point of sale (Owner, Bartender, Floor Manager)
Guarantee 365 execution and ensure distribution
Find opportunities to secure incremental sales
Implement brilliant activations and events to strengthen brand positioning and recruit new consumers
Conducting operational planning for Hospitality Points of Sale in your assigned territory
Act as a strategic advisor to optimize the portfolio in each point of sale
Build and supervise sustainable JBPs (Joint Business Plans) focused on volume commitments, visibility, execution, and amplification
Leading commercial relationships between Diageo and the managers of hospitality POS already present in your client portfolio
Driving sales and visibility of our brands in POS, aiming to increase product rotation in the market
Execute the monthly work plan, planning visits (for the next week/month) with established frequency by client type and identifying the objective of each visit, ensuring interaction at all levels of the Hospitality POS (business review with ownership, follow-up on hospitality agreement with manager, stock check with bar chief, interaction with floor and bar staff)
About You
Passion for sales and eagerness to grow in the spirits sector
Analytical skills and commercial acumen
Strong desire to learn and grow within a large company
Valid driver's license in Spain
Languages: Intermediate English (B1) and fluent Spanish
Experience in the hospitality channel would be a plus
