What You WillGetToDo

We are looking for a proven Net New Business Hunter—someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities where none exist, and winning strategic enterprise customers.

This is not an account management role. It is a high-impact, new logo acquisition position for an individual whopossessesan established network of senior enterprise relationships—a genuine "black book" of C-suite and executive contacts—that can beleveragedto unlock opportunities across Industry & Commerce.

You willbe responsible foridentifying, creating, and closing complex enterprise opportunities while working closely with Global System Integrators (GSIs), AWS, consulting partners, and internal technical specialists.

Success in this role requires curiosity, resilience, commercial acumen, executive presence, and an obsession with winning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify,createand close net new enterprise customers for SS&C Blue Prism's Work HQ, AgenticAIand Intelligent Automation platform.

  • Leverage your established executive network and personal relationships to unlock strategic new logo opportunities and accelerate market penetration.

  • Develop opportunities across Industry & Commerce sectors including:

    • Telecommunications

    • Utilities

    • Manufacturing

    • Pharmaceuticals

    • Logistics& Supply Chain

    • Media

  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders by understanding strategicobjectivesand articulating measurable business value.

  • Operate with a Challenger sales mindset—leading executive conversations, challenging conventional thinking, and driving transformational change.

  • Create compelling business cases by quantifying business outcomes,identifyingcompelling events, and securing executive sponsorship.

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle using MEDDPICC (or equivalent), including:

    • Discovery

    • Qualification

    • Executive alignment

    • Buying process

    • Paper process

    • Commercial negotiations

    • Close planning

  • Build and execute strategic account plans for new logo acquisition while orchestrating internal resources and partner ecosystems.

  • Develop strong partnerships with GSIs, AWS, boutiqueconsultanciesand strategic alliances to create and acceleratepipeline

  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline capable of consistently delivering a minimum 3x coverage against quota.

  • Forecast accurately and deliver predictable revenue performance.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, ProductSpecialistsand executive leadership tomaximisecustomer outcomes.

You are a proven enterprise sales professional with a reputation for opening strategic accounts and consistently winning new business.

You bring:

  • Ademonstrabletrack recordof selling complex enterprise software, AI, automation,SaaSor digital transformation solutions.

  • A proven history ofwinning netnew enterprise logos rather than relying on existing account growth.

  • An established black book of executive contactswith the credibility and relationships to create opportunities at C-suite level.

  • Experience sellingdirectly andthrough Global System Integrators (GSIs) and strategic partners.

  • Strong executive presence with the confidence to engage CEOs, CIOs, CFOs,COOsand business transformation leaders.

  • Expertisein MEDDPICC (or similar enterprise salesmethodology).

  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

  • Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term account planning and short-term execution.

  • Excellent pipeline management,forecastingand opportunity qualification skills.

  • High levelsof resilience, drive,curiosityand accountability.

  • A collaborative approach that embraces internal experts and partner ecosystems tomaximisecustomer success.
