Job Identification

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to be part of our Sales team located in CCI Tajikistan, Khatlon region

What we expect

  • Organize and motivate Presellers and Merchandisers to ensure strong performance and engagement.
  • Develop and adjust monthly client visit plans and routes based on sales tasks and outlet categories.
  • Track orders, hold regular meetings, and monitor customer service quality to improve overall efficiency.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to strengthen effectiveness.
  • Support sales growth by collaborating with distributors on distribution, service quality, and stock planning.
  • Manage documentation flow, coordinate operations, and help prevent transport‑related product damages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Field Sales, or Distribution Management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions independently
  • English proficiency (spoken level)
  • High attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and a proactive mindset
