We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Phoenix. In this role, you will represent Beloform Craft directly in the field, developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where performance and initiative are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field-based prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Present and promote company services with a consultative sales approach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
