About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in field operations, wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned regions
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into revenue

  • Conduct field visits to promote products and services

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market insights

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or a related role

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
