Field Sales Executive
To develop the market in order to increase Market Share, enhance Numeric & Weighted Availability alongwith Share within the outlet by achieving secondary sales target while ensuring the maximum availability of the company’s product, creation & re-activation of outlets that exist in marketplace, execution in every outlet as per company guidelines and act as a guardian of the company assets deployed in the market.
Ensure Secondary SKUwise volume achievement vs targets assigned to enhance Market ShareRationalize Discounts in the market & use promotion intelligently to achieve company net sales revenueCreate new outlets and retained as per target and area potential to increase Numeric & Weighted distributionExpand SKU Penetration as per benchmark availability numbersEnsure that all data in the sales information systems pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated and updated on a regular basisAnalyze SFE KPI’s and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for PresellerAccomplish his daily Planned calls, spend ample time-in-market and coach his presellers on 10 step call processDiscuss Execution Scores by outlets with Presellers on daily basis & highlight gaps to ensure In-Outlet Execution being carried out by his team as per PicOS & RED criteria and all marketing initiatives in his areaMonitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned area and suggest ways to counter themSupervise/ensure the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.Manage In-outlet investment having optimal mix of Discounts, DME, Assets & ActivationMonitoring the efficiency of equipment, increasing cooler throughput & reduce non productive coolersResponsible for making attempts to recover the cooler as per company procedure in case of missing/disputed coolerMaintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her area to ensure that they remain loyalEnsure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelinesMaintain an updated fact sheet on every customer on CCI ZoomResponsible for tracking & timely settlement of market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts, DME etc.)
