Target day to day win turnaround from SME customers within multiple product modes
Have a passion to increase transactional customer portfolio of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics
Develop strong relationship with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect
Ensure customer communication is pro-active and of the highest standard possible
Assist in the development of new business with existing customers that could be allocated to you for further development
Ensure that all customer data is entered into the reporting system
Be the leader and driver for all RFQs that you are handling, using the support of Sales Support, Freight and Warehousing Operations team to increase the winning ratio
Provide detailed and coordinated handover to Customer Services Department on business award
Constantly be in touch with your gained customers to ensure that joint support from Hellmann is provided from a Sales aspect and that joint involved departments are all working collaboratively towards the customer’s interests and improving our service deliverables to the customer
Contribute towards the development of the company QMS.
Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies / procedures.
Act as a key account manager for particular accounts by identifying new sales opportunities within existing account(s)
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders in other departments working on the same account
Requirements
Prior experience (any industry) / 0 experience in sales
Valid UAE driver’s license & car
Interest to pursue a career in sales and they will be coached by the Head of Sales
Candidates will be required to fetch new clients for Hellmann
