About the role
We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to drive sales growth within the Service Energy division by promoting Alfa Laval’s service portfolio, developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across assigned territories.
In this customer-facing role, you will combine technical understanding with commercial execution to support customers through value-based service solutions, including maintenance, upgrades, spare parts and long-term service agreements.
You will work closely with internal sales teams, service operations and division leaders to execute sales strategies, manage opportunities and strengthen Alfa Laval’s market presence through proactive customer engagement.
This is a dynamic field sales role where success depends on your ability to understand customer needs, manage pipelines effectively and convert opportunities into sustainable business growth.
