The Field Sales Coordinator will be involved in team and customer communication via email, phone contact, and on-line meetings as the person responsible for the customer’s satisfaction in ChemTreat’s administrative functions. This role will occasionally travel to the territories you support to participate in local team or customer facing activities. The Field Sales Coordinator will coordinate with the local ChemTreat team to accomplish sales and administrative tasks associated with the efficient functioning of a large field sales and service team. This individual will have the opportunity to participate in team training, customer training, service functions and sales campaigns. They will utilize good communication skills and a “can do” attitude to help the local ChemTreat representatives provide best in class results and service so that we retain and grow the business. Lastly, the individual in this role will develop strong, interpersonal relationships with our local representatives and customers in order to facilitate internal efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $25.50 - $25.50 USD per hour.
