The eCommerce Consultant is responsible for owning and managing a defined book of business while actively prospecting and developing new customer relationships. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership value through strategic engagement across the digital healthcare ecosystem.
The Consultant works closely with their customer base to identify growth opportunities, optimize digital purchasing and engagement, and deliver on agreed-upon outcomes. Internally, the role partners cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met and deliverables are achieved.
Through daily customer interactions, the eCommerce Consultant drives the execution and evolution of the eCommerce strategy, fostering adoption, growth, and retention within their assigned customer segment. This role is primarily focused on the digital healthcare space and requires a strong understanding of healthcare environments, digital engagement models, and eCommerce solutions that support patient care and operational efficiency.
Focus areas include driving new business, expanding penetration within existing accounts, and enabling customers to leverage digital tools, data, and platforms to improve outcomes and streamline workflows.
