The Field Sales Hunter – Large Accounts acquires strategic enterprise clients through a structured, consultative, and engagement-driven sales approach. This role targets long-cycle deals in complex buying environments and supports tenders and framework agreements. It positions Pluxee’s SaaS platform as a strategic tool for improving employee experience, motivation, and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Discovery

  • Identifyand qualify large enterprise opportunities through strategic targeting.

  • Engage HR, finance, procurement, and C-level stakeholders to understand needs.

  • Conduct discovery meetings focused on engagement challenges and workforce dynamics.

Solution Selling & Proposal Development

  • Design customized proposals aligned with fiscal, cultural, and organizationalobjectives

  • Collaborate with Tender Specialists to support formal RFPs and documentation.

  • Co-create business cases emphasizing engagement ROI and digital adoption.

Sales Process Execution

  • Lead full-cycle deal management including demos, legal reviews, and contract negotiation.

  • Use Salesforce tomaintainrigorous pipeline tracking and forecasting.

  • Engage with Product, Legal, and Merchant teams for solution validation.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, or Public Affairs.

Work Experience

  • 5–7+ years in strategic B2B enterprise sales.

  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or benefits platforms.

  • Familiarity with public/private tenders and long-cycle deals.

Other Skills and Certifications

  • Strong command of Salesforce CRM.

  • Advanced commercial, legal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office.

  • Certifications in strategic selling or solution selling are a plus.

Languages

  • English is an advantage for communication and training purposes

Working Conditions

  • Field-based, with frequent client visits and strategic presentations.

  • Hybrid as per local policy.

  • Travel required within assigned territory.
