Stiamo cercando un Area Manager per SumUp in Emilia Romagna.
Non è un ruolo da “manager da dashboard”.
Cerchiamo qualcuno capace di stare vicino al team, al territorio e al business reale. Una persona con mentalità commerciale forte, energia e voglia di costruire.
Il ruolo sarà molto focalizzato su:
sviluppo commerciale del territorio
acquisizione SMB
coaching e supporto del team sul campo
performance e KPI
espansione della presenza SumUp nella regione
accompagnare il team nelle trattative e nella vendita
Parliamo di business reali:
bar, ristoranti, retail, piccoli negozi, hospitality ecc.
La persona ideale:
ha esperienza in field sales o ambienti commerciali molto dinamici
sa creare relazione velocemente
è hands-on
non ha paura della strada e della pressione commerciale
riesce a guidare con l’esempio
porta energia e ritmo al team
Non serve per forza arrivare dal fintech.
Abbiamo visto funzionare molto bene persone provenienti da horeca, retail, telecomunicazioni, FMCG e vendite sul territorio.
