Pay Rate: $22.00–$23.00 per hour + $220 of monthly Auto Allowance
About the Role
Beach Front Property Management is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Field Runner / Assistant to support our Operations team. This position plays a key role in assisting with property visits, resident support, administrative tasks, and operational projects throughout our portfolio.

What You'll Do
This is a highly mobile role that supports multiple properties throughout our portfolio. The selected candidate will regularly travel between locations including Koreatown, Long Beach, Compton, Santa Monica, and other Los Angeles and communities as business needs require.
