Pay Rate: $22.00–$23.00 per hour + $220 of monthly Auto Allowance

About the Role

Beach Front Property Management is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Field Runner / Assistant to support our Operations team. This position plays a key role in assisting with property visits, resident support, administrative tasks, and operational projects throughout our portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to properties as needed to support site teams and operational needs
  • Deliver notices, documents, keys, and supplies to various locations
  • Assist with resident and vendor communication
  • Support property managers with administrative and operational tasks
  • Conduct property inspections and report findings
  • Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow-up items
  • Update records and information within Yardi and company systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
  • Assist with special projects and portfolio-wide initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or property management experience preferred
  • Experience using Yardi is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable traveling between properties throughout the workday

Travel Requirements

This is a highly mobile role that supports multiple properties throughout our portfolio. The selected candidate will regularly travel between locations including Koreatown, Long Beach, Compton, Santa Monica, and other Los Angeles and communities as business needs require.
