Senior Field Reimbursement Manager
Join a high-growth medical technology organization seeking an experienced reimbursement and market access professional to support provider adoption and financial success across complex procedural programs.
This field-based role partners directly with hospitals, physicians, and internal commercial teams to drive reimbursement strategy, educate stakeholders, and optimize coding, coverage, and payment pathways for innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hospitals and physician practices to assess reimbursement readiness and financial viability of procedural programs
• Provide expertise on coding, billing, claims denials, documentation, and payer policy navigation
• Develop tailored reimbursement strategies to support account success and therapy adoption
• Educate providers, administrators, billing teams, and sales partners on reimbursement best practices and health economic value messaging
• Present complex reimbursement and financial concepts to diverse stakeholder groups in a clear, credible manner
• Serve as reimbursement subject matter expert for the commercial organization
• Deliver field insights and payer trends back to internal market access leadership
• Support strategic regional initiatives in partnership with sales leadership
Ideal Background:
• 5+ years of field reimbursement / market access experience within medical device or healthcare
• Strong understanding of hospital and physician reimbursement methodologies
• Expertise with coding, claims processes, payer policy, and coverage strategy
• Experience supporting new or disruptive technologies preferred
• Proven ability to influence hospital administrators, billing teams, and physician stakeholders
• Strong presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Field-based / remote role
• 50% or more travel required
