
Field Reimbursement Director – Respiratory Biologics

The general purpose of the Field Reimbursement Director (FRM Director) role is to oversee Field Reimbursement Managers activities to minimize logistical and other barriers to therapy for patients and providers and, therefore, optimize access to Astra Zeneca products in the Respiratory Biologics area. This purpose will be achieved by delivering quality interactions with key healthcare professionals and institutional customers through specialized services. The FRM Director will lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers while working closely with Managed Markets, Trade Marketing and Sales partners in the field, supporting accounts in resolving reimbursement issues or concerns, developing ethical and customer-oriented reimbursement strategies, and communicating payer criteria/terms and practices.
As all other employees, FRM Directors are fully accountable for compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of Astra Zeneca activities. In this field-based role covering the Northeast Region (NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, NH, ME, and OH) and surrounding areas.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 186,105.60 - 279,158.40 Annual USD Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
