ResourceMFG, an Employbridge company and the nation's largest manufacturing-focused staffing provider, is expanding and opening a new location in Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking a driven, high-energy Field Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities while helping local manufacturing businesses build strong teams.

What You'll Do

As a Field Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent for our manufacturing and light industrial clients throughout the Tempe market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial positions.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
• Manage the onboarding process, including drug screens, background checks, employment verification, and I-9 completion.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to generate candidate leads.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse, or production environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
