As aFieldRecruiter, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding hourly employees for various positions. This is an entry-level position focused on learning and applying recruitment processes, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems to source candidates for hourly positions.

  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates and engage in direct recruitment efforts.

  • Reviewapplications to assess qualifications.

  • Conduct on-site interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for positions.

  • Create and post job ads on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of hourly candidates.

  • Maintain and update candidate information in Workday

  • Assist with the onboarding process, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

  • Ensure a positive experience for new hires from offer acceptance to the first day of work.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

  • Participate in team meetings to share insights, challenges, and candidate feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous proven experience in recruitingdirectroles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • KnowledgeinMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience withWorkday (is a plus)
