  Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks of candidates to evaluate suitability for the delivery role.

  Onboarding Support:
  Facilitate joining formalities, including document verification and coordination with the local hub/warehouse managers.
• 
  Target Achievement:
  Responsible for meeting weekly/monthly hiring targets (selection TAT and joining ratio).

  Job Posting:
  Update and manage job ads on online portals and social media.

Requirements

  1-5 years of experience in recruitment (logistics, courier, or blue-collar hiring preferred).
