The Field Quality Supervisor leads a team of technicians responsible for the quality and safety of work within the Infra department. This role manages staffing and scheduling, runs the Infra 6S programs, and sets up quality control steps to make sure all work is planned and completed correctly. By performing job observations, tracking KPIs, and writing detailed inspection reports, the Supervisor ensures the team follows all company and regulatory rules while finding ways to make systems more reliable.
In addition to managing the work, this role focuses on safety and team growth. The Supervisor enforces EH&S rules—such as LOTO and Confined Space protocols—and supports the initial investigation and root cause analysis when quality or safety issues occur as needed.
Here's What You'll Need:
The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $151,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
