We are currently seeking an Field Quality Strategy Engineer to join our Quality team. This role is responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing field information from key markets to support quality decision-making and cross-functional alignment. This role acts as a central coordination point between TCS and other internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information flow, particularly for committees, field activities, and new project launches.

A day in the life of this role:

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate field quality information from main markets to support technical and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and ensure Quality team participation in all relevant cross-functional committees and forums.
  • Maintain a general but solid understanding of the main topics, scope, and priorities of other Quality and cross-functional teams in order to effectively integrate and consolidate information.
  • Act as the key coordinator of critical quality information prior to new project and vehicle launches, ensuring alignment and readiness.
  • Manage and coordinate with other functional areas to obtain required data, inputs, and analysis related to field quality and projects.
  • Support data-driven insights through structured analysis, reporting, and visualization of field information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities from field data.

Who We’re Looking for:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Automotive Engineer or similar.
  • Work experience in Quality improvement, Leader project, Shop Supervisor, Data Management
  • Skill in managing databases (Statistical Analysis, Graphics, Pivot Tables).
  • Project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Total focus on customer service, satisfaction, and contribute to the fulfillment of objectives of TCS function.
  • Be open to new challenges in a quicker manner according NIBU necessities.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across different organizational levels.
  • Proactive, focused on results and working under pressure.
  • Travel Required: 60% to visit NIBU markets to lead quality research, to get proper evidence and ensure complete investigation request. (Valid driver license is a must, active passport and VISA is preferred)
  • Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
