Job Description

14830 – Field Project Coordinator (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Start Date ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience with documentation management
• Experience with project management tools

Preferred:
• Schedule Management experience (Smartsheet)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Maximo

Responsibilities
• scheduling and risk management
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
