
Lead a sales enablement programs team who turn strategy into measurable business impact. Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) connects customer engagement, go-to-market programs and operations. As a leader of an AI Business Solutions program team, you will shape a portfolio of sales motions that execute on product strategy to create pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and grow usage and consumption across the Americas.
You will translate product team business priorities into focused programs, empower your team to execute, and build repeatable approaches that scale through the field and partners. You will also work closely with the sales segment team to set them up for success enabling the right sales programs at the right time for sellers. This role calls for a strategic, creative, and tenacious leader who brings energy to complex challenges, develops talent, and aligns teams around shared outcomes.

Field Product Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
