About this Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Field & Partner Marketing Manager to lead Duve’s global events strategy, partner co-marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs. You will bring the Duve brand to life at conferences and field events, work closely with Sales and Partnerships, and build meaningful connections with prospects, partners, and customers.

You’ll join an amazing, high-performing marketing team led by our VP Marketing and play a central role in driving pipeline, awareness, and customer advocacy as Duve scales internationally.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large budgets and deliver ROI-positive programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple global events simultaneously
  • Hands-on, operational mindset, comfortable handling strategy and execution in equal measure
  • Experience working with partners or within a technology ecosystem (hospitality or travel tech a plus)
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to report on event performance, pipeline influence, and campaign metrics
  • Excellent communication, vendor management, and relationship-building skills

What you'll do

Field Marketing & Events :

  • End-to-end ownership of Duve’s global events calendar, including strategy, planning, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Manage conference booths, merchandise, collateral, and staff coordination to create memorable brand experiences
  • Plan and execute field events such as executive dinners, meetups, workshops, and ABM-focused hospitality gatherings
  • Work in tight alignment with the Sales teams to ensure events drive qualified meetings, targeted outreach lists, and personalized engagement with key accounts
  • Serve as the operational and strategic connector between Marketing and Sales, ensuring field activities directly support pipeline creation and quota attainment
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track, analyze, and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline influence, and ROI

Partner Marketing:

  • Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with key technology partners (webinars, case studies, campaigns, joint events, social activations)
  • Work closely with Duve’s Partner Team to prioritize partner opportunities, coordinate launches, align messaging, and ensure seamless execution across the ecosystem
  • Support partner sales teams with updated marketing materials, enablement resources, and messaging
  • Serve as the primary marketing point-of-contact for Duve’s integration ecosystem, fostering strong, collaborative relationships

Customer Marketing & Advocacy:

  • Support customer retention and expansion efforts through exclusive events, engagement programs, and content
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to identify customer needs, enhance adoption, and ensure marketing initiatives align with account goals
  • Identify top users and collect testimonials, case studies, and event-based advocacy assets
  • Build a sense of community among Duve customers through regional meetups, user groups, and ambassador programs
