Core responsibilities

  • Develop the change story, stakeholder map, adoption plan, and communication cadence.
  • Lead current- and future-state value stream mapping across outage planning, execution, support, and learning.
  • Translate strategy into standard work, roles, governance, decision rights, and measurable site routines.
  • Identify adoption barriers, process waste, and capability gaps; coordinate countermeasures with functional and regional leaders.
  • Connect field operations strategy deployment to the Services Operating System, Lean Roadmap, and SQDC priorities.

Initial deliverables

  • Field Operations change-management and stakeholder plan.
  • End-to-end current-state and future-state value stream maps.
  • Deployment roadmap with governance, milestones, owners, and escalation paths.
  • Standard-work adoption plan and site readiness criteria.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in implementation and leadership in Operations / Center of Excellence / SG&A functions, with experience in utilizing Lean toolkit.
  • Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating method .
  • English fluency
  • Willingness to travel 20–40%

  • Influence and collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder-management, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to align senior leaders and diverse teams around a One Team mindset.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset: Uses data and Lean problem solving to identify critical issues, make sound decisions, simplify work, and deliver with a consistently high say-do ratio.
  • Hands-on people leadership: Coaches and mentors others, listens and learns quickly, promotes transparency and continuous learning, and builds organizational capability.
  • Program execution: Proven ability to plan, govern, and deliver multiple high-impact programs and projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel to GE Vernova Wind hub locations or wind farms

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $132,200.00 and $220,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
