AES a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation. We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times.

What Drives Success

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager with all on-boarding tasks.
  • Maintain safety training records and training certifications.
  • Provide coordination assistance with field phones, tablets, and computer.
  • Manage time sheets.
  • Set up and administer per diem cards.
  • Set up and administer corporate cards.
  • Coordinate all travel-related activities, including airline tickets and per diem supplements.
  • Oversee fleet management, including insurance cards, tags, maintenance records, etc.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • 3 plus years experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with safety training and certification processes.
  • Experience with fleet management and travel coordination.
  • Experience with T Sheets
  • Bachelors degree

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $47,200 - $61,950annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.

Benefits Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, and 10 paid holidays.
