Pay: $18–$21/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours

This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, being outdoors, and making a difference.

You'll play an important role in helping our crews spend more time serving customers while keeping our equipment, vehicles, and marketing efforts running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deploying and tracking yard signs throughout Northern Virginia in approved locations
• Delivering marketing materials and door hangers
• Running supply and equipment errands
• Cleaning, organizing, and restocking company vehicles
• Helping prepare Holiday Lighting materials and equipment
• Keeping our shop and storage areas clean and organized
• Assisting with inventory and basic equipment checks
• Supporting field crews with approved ground-level tasks as needed
• Helping with other daily operations that keep our team productive

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Is dependable, punctual, and takes initiative
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is organized and pays attention to details
• Can follow instructions and work independently
• Communicates clearly and honestly
• Is comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for driving duties
• Can safely lift and carry supplies and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Takes pride in doing things the right way

No window cleaning or Holiday Lighting experience required. We'll provide training for assigned tasks!
