Who we are looking for

For our Indonesia location (Jakarta) we are looking for a professional Field Operations Manager. Your main mission will be to lead safe and productive regional field execution for surveys and deployment, managing contractors, permits, social interfaces, quality, schedule, and acceptance

What you will do

• Translate regional plans into mobilization, workfront, and contractor deployment plans.
• Manage regional supervision and contracted OSP teams.
• Coordinate access, permits, materials, designs, and outage requirements.
• Monitor daily production, quality, HSE, and constraints.
• Lead resolution of field changes, incidents, and stakeholder issues.
• Validate completed quantities and acceptance evidence.
• Standardize methods and coach regional leaders.
• Maintain executable field capacity.
• Achieve safe, compliant, and productive delivery.
• Release work fronts without avoidable delay.
• Recover deviations quickly.
• Protect continuity and community acceptance.
• Support accurate progress and payment.
• Improve consistency across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in field deployment for telecom, utility, or infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors and distributed regional teams.
• Knowledge OSP construction, site survey, deployment, HSE, permits, and contractor management.
• Experience in progress measurement and acceptance documentation.
• Availability for travel and field work according to the role (Jakarta area)
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia required.

This role is mostly hybrid, a combination between remote and customer site work
