Job Description

CCI is looking for an Operations Field Manager. The primary responsibility of the Operations Field Manger is to ensure the management of Overhaul/Constructions Projects are in alignment with company objectives.

CCI Industrial Services provides quality-driven, cost-effective construction, maintenance, industrial cleaning, power generation, and transportation services to support resource development companies in Alaska and the lower 48 states.   • Assists with identification of prospects/client’s mechanical needs and the strategic approach to gain new business.
  • Develop Project schedules for review by the client and CCI Industrial Management.
  • Participate in oil and gas industry professional organizations.
  • Be a Safety Leader! Ensure the resources and commit to HSE is of top priority for all employees within the company.
  • Set a high expectation and leading a culture of injury-free operations.
  • Be a team player, striving for an interdependent, successful and effective approach to meeting our vision, mission and business objectives:
  • Coordinates and assists with creation of major mechanical overhaul projects and the packaging of information required for effective proposal presentations and RFP responses with the management team.
  • Maintain 100% “Safety Standards and Accountability” in all areas or mandatory/regulatory requirements
  • Help prepare and package quotations to present to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team-oriented skills.
  • Monitor competitors and keep the organization informed of developments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Innovative and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Programs with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and effective written communication.
  • Knowledge of static and rotating mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Integrity Management and general oilfield and industrial services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 15 years of Industrial Operations Business Experience
  • 5 Years Project Management Experience
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • OSHA 10 or 30
  • TWIC

Work involves near continuous use of computer terminal and may require sitting for extended periods. Some overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee’s ability to perform to the job standard. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 20 pounds for 20 feet. Shoveling up to 20 lbs. Frequent walking and standing. Occasional keyboard use, sitting, bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
  • VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
  • LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift to 20 pounds from floor to waist, 20 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 20 pounds for 20 feet.
  • RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.

Offer contingent upon ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check.
