Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Salary Range ₱90,000 - ₱100,000

Work Setup Onsite

Shift Schedule Day Shift

Location Visayas or Mindanao

The salary offered depends on your skills, expertise, and evaluation results.

Your Responsibilities:

1. WHSE Compliance
   • Site Hygiene; compliance to organizational requirements
   • Adhering to SOPs
   • Ensure use of PPE by self and technicians
   • Support in regular training on HSE and ensure that safe practices are being following at Tower Site
   • Ensure issue and usage of PTW for every activity being done at a site.
2. Customer Management
   • Provide supports for outage escalation by MNOs.
   • Site access supports as and when applicable for tenants.
   • Maintain healthy customer relationship.
   • Supervise Site upgrades as per specification and provide support for RFS activities.
3. Site Quality & Process Compliance
   • Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature, correct settings, site in Auto, etc.)
   • Identify Gap against equipment specification and ensure timely corrections.
   • Periodic audit to ensure that civil/tower electrical and other Infrastructure are in best state.
   • Ensure compliance of operational processes
   • Compliance checking of quality of technicians, partners, spares including any ethical issues.
4. Energy Management
   • Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action
   • Minimizing TL faults
   • Facilitating in converting non-Electrified sites for permanent power
   • Monitoring Genset running hrs. and fuel compliance.
5. Uptime and SLA
   • Drive Uptime for all Customers. Maintain infra uptime as per MSA/KPI's
   • RCA of outages and prepare corrective action plan to avoid repetitions.
   • 100% Site Automation and Alarm integration with NOC. Alarm & Metering correction at Site.
   • 100 % compliance on PM
   • Site visit and closure of punch points
6. Team Management
   • Technician performance evaluations
   • Identify training needs of technicians and plan for development.
   • Site allocation, discipline management for technicians
7. Lessor Management
   • Compliance of sites access process.
   • Maintains high level of landlord engagement to ensure 24/7 access and facilitate upgrade/ planned event/installation and other operational work at site.
   • Resolution of hygiene related trouble tickets to ensure landlord satisfaction.

What our Client is Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course is preferred
• 5-10 years of prior experience as a Field Operations Manager or in a related position is required
• Telecom operation experience is a must
• Proficient in English communication.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel.
• Must have a positive attitude.
