A growing operations-focused organization is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to manage staffing, scheduling, and on-site execution across multiple locations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Hire and onboard field staff
• Coordinate and manage schedules across locations
• Conduct site visits to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain communication with clients and team members
• Track follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed

• Experience in operations or staffing preferred
