We're looking for an experienced operations leader who enjoys developing supervisors, solving complex challenges, and building teams that consistently deliver exceptional service.
This isn't a desk job, and it isn't a position for someone who wants to manage by email. You'll spend your evenings in the field, coaching leaders, supporting employees, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our operations run smoothly across a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities.
What You'll Lead
- Multiple commercial facilities throughout Williamsburg and Hampton Roads
- A team of supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees
- Client relationships built on trust and responsiveness
- Staffing, retention, training, and operational performance
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
