Position: Field Operation Specialist

Location: Ulaanbaatar

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead improvement activities at the dealers business operation
• Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective solutions
• Develop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives that align with company goals and enhance dealers performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other operational teams to design and promote new
• service products meet customer needs
• Create training materials and provide training sessions for dealers on new product and services to ensure successful implementation
• Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, progress of initiatives, and status of product development to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business administration, automotive or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, field management, or related roles within the automotive industry
• Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, including KAIZEN(continuous improvement)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus)
• Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus
• A spirit of challenge and develop outside of the scope of work is desirable
