Job Description

Reporting To: Territory Manager / Senior Territory Manager

Location: Rahim Yar Khan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily route coverage and productive calls as per the assigned journey plan.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly secondary sales and productivity targets.
  • Book orders and ensure product availability across assigned retail outlets.
  • Drive merchandising, shelf visibility, and execution of display standards.
  • Implement trade promotions and communicate offers to retailers.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with retailers and resolve trade queries.
  • Monitor stock levels, near-expiry, and competitor activity in the market.
  • Report daily sales and market feedback to the Territory Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or Intermediate with relevant field sales experience).
  • 0–2 years of FMCG field sales experience; motivated fresh candidates may apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and consistently meet daily sales targets.
  • Basic reporting skills; smartphone / DMS (Distribution Management System) usage preferred.
