About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Field Office Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team supporting the East District in the Asia Pacific South region. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and adaptable professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

In this pivotal role, you will be the central point of coordination for our field operations, playing a key role in supporting teams on the ground and ensuring efficient communication between field staff and the broader organisation. Your positive attitude and ability to juggle competing priorities will be essential to success.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of Field Service Representatives with respect to work order processing from deployment to invoicing
  • Purchasing equipment, PPE and other items as required
  • Organizing trainings, medical visits, meetings and conferences
  • Assisting in travel arrangements, payments, expense processing, and purchasing card reconciliation
  • Assist the District Service Manager with budget tracking and tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office administrative support or coordination role
  • Knowledge of office administration activities and the ability to carry out ongoing administration tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Sound written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work with a variety of individuals and groups
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to understand safety and compliance requirements
