We are looking for a Field Medical Advisor (Oncology), offices based in Oslo, Norway.
Oncology/solid tumors are one of Johnson & Johnson’s key focus areas. In this role you will be working with our innovative medications in their current and future indications as well as with our pipeline products. As a FMA you will be our scientific and medical specialist and work closely with the Norwegian leading physicians in the relevant therapeutic areas. In addition to scientific exchange with leading physicians you also have a critical role in attracting clinicals studies to Norway and leading the medical education and evidence generation planning and execution in Norway.
You will be part of the oncology team where your focus will be on part of our solid tumor portfolio and pipeline which consists for example of assets in lung, prostate, bladder, colorectal and head & neck cancer covering many different treatment targets and treatment approaches including cell therapies, bi- and trispecific antibodies, oral medications and intratumoral approaches. The future focus of this role will depend on your preferences and organizational needs.
The primary focus of the FMA role is on external activities and partnerships with key thought leaders and other stakeholders. As an FMA you will also be a key member of the Norwegian cross-functional teams in the J&J Norway country organization. You are also part of a strong network within the Therapeutic Areas across J&J in the Nordics and Europe. The position is based in Norway (preferably Oslo area) and reports directly to the Country Medical Lead. The position will require travel, mostly within Norway, up to 1-3 days/week in addition to occasional longer congress travel abroad.
You are scientifically curious, collaborative, and passionate about advancing outcomes for patients with cancer. You enjoy building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and are able to communicate complex scientific data in a clear and meaningful way.
You bring a proactive mindset and use insights from scientific exchange to help shape medical strategy and support evidence-based decision making. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of scientific integrity and compliance.
You are motivated by continuous learning, enjoy working cross-functionally, and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to scientific innovation and patient care in oncology.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
