Job Description

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-Hour Day Shift (Flexible, 40 hours/week)

We are seeking a curious, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. Serving as a key problem-solver for our site, you will ensure equipment reliability and operational uptime by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production machinery. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while connecting with contractors and operators to keep our facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, assemble, adjust, and repair production machinery, including laminators, converting equipment, and robotics.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and root-cause troubleshooting using maintenance ticketing software.
  • Serve as the main site contact for facility maintenance (HVAC, loading docks) and collaborate with external contractors.
  • Diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter, read electrical schematics, and terminate wiring (up to 220V).
  • Manage spare parts inventory, order replacements, and train operators on upgraded equipment.
  • Safely operate forklifts and power tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED OR 5+ years of mechanical or automotive maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeter usage required; Arc Flash training preferred).
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and digital maintenance work order software.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in varied physical positions (standing, kneeling), and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to attend 2 weeks of paid initial training in Conway, AR, with willingness to travel to remote sites as needed.

  • Job requires standing over 75% of the time on a daily basis.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with full range of motion.
  • Ability to work from standing, kneeling and stooping positions.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Continuous, high to moderate levels of noise; require hearing protection to be worn at all times. Exposure to chemicals, inks, and coatings require the appropriate PPE to be worn when handling.
