As the Field Marketing Sr Analyst – Executive Programs, you will plan and execute high-touch executive marketing programs and strategic engagement initiatives for top enterprise accounts across the region. This role sits at the intersection of executive relationship building, pipeline acceleration, and account marketing.
You will own the delivery of exclusive executive experiences — C-suite events, invite-only roundtables, leadership forums, and innovation briefings — tailored for India's most strategic accounts. Working closely with sales, account directors, customer success, and global executive programs teams, you will help deepen C-level relationships and drive meaningful account penetration.
What You'll Do
Executive Engagement Strategy
Plan and execute high-touch executive programs to strengthen C-suite relationships across strategic accounts in India
Partner with sales teams to identify priority accounts, map stakeholders, and define whitespace opportunities aligned to revenue objectives
Maintain a calendar of executive touchpoints — roundtables, innovation briefings, and advisory board engagements
White-Glove Event Execution
Manage end-to-end logistics for executive engagements
Handle venue sourcing, guest experience, speaker coordination, executive briefing preparation, and day-of facilitation
Manage agency and vendor relationships, procurement compliance, and budget tracking
Measurement, Reporting & Programme Intelligence
Track KPIs including account coverage, C-suite participation rates, pipeline influence, and post-event follow-through
Measure program ROI and engagement quality to continuously improve targeting and design
What We're Looking For
Experience
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on executive programs, field marketing, or account marketing in the enterprise technology sector
Track record of planning and executing high-touch executive events with measurable pipeline impact
Experience working closely with sales and account teams to align marketing programs to revenue goals
Skills & Capabilities
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills — comfortable working alongside C-suite leaders, account executives, and customer decision-makers
Solid project management skills with the ability to run multiple programs simultaneously
Analytical mindset — able to measure program ROI and translate insights into improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefing materials
High degree of discretion and professionalism in all executive-facing interactions
