About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) who excels in a fast-paced team environment. As the in-region marketing coordinator, you will work closely with regional Channel teams, including Channel Account Managers and top-tier partners. You will drive sales growth by executing demand generation events, webinars, and integrated marketing campaigns that generate opportunities and accelerate the sales pipeline in your assigned territory.

This is a remote position based in Germany. Fluency in both German and English is required, as you will collaborate with local stakeholders and international teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans focused on generating demand and increasing funnel velocity within your territory, with input from the
  • local sales team.
  • Engage regularly with the sales teams to align marketing initiatives and maximize impact.
  • Design and coordinate regional and partner events, focusing on engaging prospective customers, from initial planning to post-event follow-up, with a
  • strong emphasis on content creation.
  • Implement a structured process for collecting, sharing, and prioritizing insights with the corporate marketing team to optimize messaging, programs,
  • and tactics.
  • Collaborate with key channel partners to create joint marketing programs that open up opportunities within their customer base.
  • Manage and monitor your field and partner marketing budget, assessing results and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Field Marketing leadership on strategic marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Field Marketing events calendar and support projects that enhance team efficiency.
  • Foster strong collaboration with sales and marketing leaders, team members, and alliance partners to achieve mutual goals.

Experience & Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B field or partner marketing (experience in cloud services or security technology for mid-market customers is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders and teams.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Marketo and related tools to update campaigns and measure success.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple territory plans and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to create compelling, clear, and error-free marketing materials.
  • Self-starter with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in both German and English

The base salary range for this job family is 42,300 to 142,200 EUR annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
