Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to plan, influence and implement all customer marketing activity across the private sector channel - designed to add customer value, driving and increasing sales and profitability to support the company’s objectives and fiscal targets. This role requires close cooperation with all private channel Sales and Marketing functions, to support the growth of sales, market share, brand equity and customer base.

The role is largely field based, with the expectation to visit customers at least three days per week, to build, develop and nurture relationships as well as identify customer marketing needs.

What you will do

  • Visit priority customers to offer advice, guidance and deliver marketing campaigns for our independent customers

  • Responsibility of end-to-end customer campaign and activity

  • Create design briefs around the marketing needs of customers and develop tools to support customers

  • Maintain and update CRM system

  • Assist in increasing market awareness and penetration of services within the UK, for the private sales channels

  • Monitoring and reporting of activity

  • Work in accordance with company quality management system and policy

What you bring

  • High level educational qualification

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or equivalent role

  • High level of competencies in customer focus, leadership, motivation, inspiration and strategic orientation
