The Splunk Field Marketing team is a dynamic, results-driven group responsible for building strong APJC marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Splunk’s groundbreaking solutions. Collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, and partners, the team creates impactful, localised campaigns, events, and programs that resonate with target audiences and fuel pipeline growth. We are passionate about storytelling, customer success, and turning data into action to empower organizations to achieve digital resilience.

We are seeking a B2B marketing professional to join our team as the Field Marketing Manager, North Asia You will be responsible for managing and executing impactful marketing programs to support customer acquisition, customer engagement, expansion, and pipeline growth across North Asia region. As a member of the APJC Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders in APJC and North Asia to ensure successful program delivery and measurable outcome for your region. This role requires a strategist with an understanding of the enterprise marketing in North Asia and has a hands-on approach and ability to execute marketing programs that brings impact to the region.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning:

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs aimed at driving customer acquisition, expansion, and pipeline growth in North Asia region. Programs include Splunk-led events, drive regional sponsorships, executive engagements, C-level thought leadership, hands-on workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Asia cross-functional marketing teams to align marketing execution and reporting under the guidance of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia.
• Work closely with the Demand Generation (Digital Sales) team to ensure the operational process are working optimally to drive conversion of marketing leads to Marketing Converted Pipeline (MCP).

Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia to manage marketing programs and sales stakeholder management to drive business pipeline growth in North Asia.
• Foster strong collaboration across the APJC Marketing team, Splunk Corporate Marketing, and Asia Field Marketing teams to drive impactful marketing outcomes, improve key marketing metrics, and support North Asia business growth.
• Manage North Asia marketing agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality marketing programs.

Analysis & Decision Making:

• • Support reporting of North Asia marketing metrics related to pipeline growth, executive engagement and lead generation to key stakeholders in North Asia and APJC marketing.
  • Regularly communicate marketing results and impact to key stakeholders within North Asia and APJC marketing based on the guidance of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia.
  • Use data insights to enhance program effectiveness and ensure field marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget across North Asia.
  • Continuously optimize marketing programs based on performance data and feedback.

Budget Management:

• Support Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia to track and manage North Asia field marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are prioritized for maximum impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in North Asia region in similar job scope.
  • Experience with B2B software marketing environment with demonstrable success is advantageous.
  • Prior marketing program management skills with a strong attention to detail for B2B events and campaigns in North Asia required
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in APJC to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and written skills
