Field Marketing Manager, Canada & LATAM

About the Role

Varonis is seeking a strategic, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing

efforts across Canada and LATAM. This role is built for an experienced B2B technology marketer who

understands how to align marketing programs with sales priorities to drive measurable growth.

You will partner closely with regional sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams to build

and execute a regional go-to-market strategy that translates global initiatives into high-impact, in-

region programs. This role plays a critical part in how Varonis differentiates in the market and

accelerates pipeline and revenue across diverse and high-growth regions.

Success in this role is defined by pipeline contribution, ROI, and the ability to turn strategy into

execution that drives results.

What You’ll Do

Regional Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated regional GTM plans aligned to corporate marketingpriorities, partner initiatives, and regional sales goals
  • Translate global campaigns into localized, high-impact programs tailored to Canada andLATAM markets
  • Identify regional trends, whitespace, and growth opportunities through ongoing marketresearch and competitive analysis

Sales Alignment & Partnership

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional Sales Directors and AVPs
  • Align marketing programs to territory plans and sales priorities across all stages of the funnel
  • Participate in sales planning, enablement, and regular syncs to ensure proactive alignmentand shared accountability

Channel & Partner Marketing

  • Build and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners and resellers
  • Align partner activities to pipeline goals and regional priorities
  • Manage and optimize MDF and partner co-investment to maximize ROI

Program & Campaign Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives, including events, executiveprograms and ABM plays
  • Manage all aspects of program delivery including timelines, stakeholders, budgets, andlogistic
  • Ensure seamless coordination across product marketing, demand gen, creative, andoperations teams if needed

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track and analyze program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across all initiatives
  • Lead monthly regional performance reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations in QBRs to senior leadership

Operational Excellence

  • Act as project manager for regional marketing programs, ensuring strong execution, visibility,and accountability
  • Establish feedback loops through post-campaign debriefs to continuously improveperformance
  • Optimize marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing within B2B technology
  • Proven success developing and executing programs that drive measurable pipeline andrevenue impact
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and event strategy
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and aligning marketing to revenuegoals
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to managemultiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Canada and/or LATAM regions
  • Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plus
  • Experience with partner marketing and budget management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to be onsite for events and team meetings
