Job Description

What is Being Offered:

  • $50K base + bonus (OTE $140K-$150K)
  • Clear growth opportunities

What The Position is About:

  • Lead and develop a small team of door-to-door field marketers
  • Personally canvass and generate opportunities alongside the team
  • Train new and existing field marketers on approach, messaging, objection handling, and appointment generation
  • Conduct in-field coaching, shadowing, and ongoing performance development
  • Manage daily and weekly activity and production KPIs
  • Recruit and help onboard new field marketers as the team grows
  • Create energy, accountability, and consistency within the field team
  • Partner directly with sales leadership to improve lead quality and production
  • Help build a scalable field-marketing operation as the company continues to grow

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven door-to-door canvassing or field marketing experience
  • Strong personal production experience
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or training canvassers
  • The ability to hold people accountable while developing their skills
