Field Marketing Manager – Pion

Location: Shenzhen/Wuhan/Shanghai

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Field Marketing Manager to drive market adoption, customer engagement, and business growth for ASML Brion.

The successful candidate will work closely with product management, sales, application engineering, product engineering, R&D, and customers to strengthen market awareness, accelerate adoption, and position Brion products as a critical enabler for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

This role combines strategic marketing, customer engagement, industry ecosystem development, and business growth initiatives within China's fast-evolving semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies that support Pion business growth and customer adoption.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, technology trends, and customer needs in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product management to translate product vision and roadmap into compelling market messages.
• Support annual business planning, market analysis, and growth initiatives.

Customer Engagement & Adoption

• Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive customer engagement programs to improve customer awareness, adoption, and retention.
• Gather market feedback and customer requirements to influence product direction and roadmap priorities.
• Create customer success stories and value propositions demonstrating measurable business impact.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market campaigns.
• Partner with sales and application teams to generate pipeline opportunities and accelerate deal progression.
• Develop sales enablement materials, customer presentations, competitive positioning, and value-based messaging.
• Ensure consistency of Pion branding and market positioning across customer-facing activities.

Industry Influence & Ecosystem Development

• Represent Pion and Brion at industry conferences, technical forums, customer events, and partner engagements.
• Expand relationships with semiconductor ecosystem partners, research institutes, and industry organizations.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to strengthen differentiation strategy.

Content & Thought Leadership

• Develop high-quality marketing content including presentations, white papers, customer case studies, videos, webinars, and technical marketing materials.
• Collaborate with technical experts to communicate complex technologies in a clear and compelling manner.
• Drive thought-leadership initiatives that reinforce Brion's position in computational lithography and patterning solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Semiconductor, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductors, EDA, lithography, Fab applications, SMO&OPC, DTCO, etc.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, field marketing, business development, or strategic customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in computational lithography, OPC, process optimization, DFM, EDA, mask technology, or advanced packaging.
• Familiarity with China's semiconductor industry and major semiconductor manufacturers.
• Experience managing product launches or strategic marketing programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior customer stakeholders and technology decision makers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
