We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives in the Japan Market. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for TeamViewer solutions across Japan.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives, aligning demand generation activities accordingly.
Utilize a mix of marketing channels and tactics, including events, webinar, digital marketing, relevant content, and social media to reach target audiences effectively.
Own end-to-end campaign management, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Work closely with the global marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, considering cultural nuances and market preferences.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including campaign effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices for demand generation.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the technology/software industry. 3+ years of experience.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement to drive data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results and achieving targets.
Conversational or business level in English.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for events and meetings.
