We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to support and execute field marketing programs across the Central region, which includes the Midwest, Texas, and select surrounding markets. This is an opportunity for someone to build on their skills and take ownership of local execution while being part of a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team.
You’ll support strategic planning and execution of field programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline—everything from CISO dinners to regional partner events to trade show support. You’ll work closely to collaborate with sales and channel teams, and play a critical role in bringing our brand to life in-market.
Support Central regional strategy: Execute field programs aligned to regional sales priorities and marketing goals. Help translate business objectives into impactful, targeted programs that engage key accounts and personas.
Plan and execute events and experiences: Coordinate logistics for CISO dinners, happy hours, trade show activations, sporting events, and partner-led programs. Own vendor coordination, contracts, pre- and post-event logistics, and communication with internal stakeholders. Upload leads, track follow-up, and partner with marketing ops on proper campaign tagging and reporting.
Collaborate with sales and SDR teams: Work with AEs and SDRs to understand target accounts and prioritize outreach. Support field initiatives tied to pipeline acceleration and regional campaigns. Participate in rep syncs and collaborate on follow-up strategy.
Partner marketing support: Assist in executing regional partner programs and co-hosted events. Collaborate on audience targeting, content needs, and shared KPIs.
Contribute to performance tracking: Help track event performance and lead flow. Contribute to regional reporting on program success, attendee engagement, and influenced pipeline.
Stay organized and proactive: Manage multiple projects at once, stay ahead of timelines, and communicate clearly with internal teams. Be ready to travel occasionally for onsite support.
3+ years of B2B field marketing experience (cybersecurity or enterprise tech strongly preferred)
Experience supporting or executing regional events and campaigns
Familiarity with Central U.S. enterprise accounts and buyer personas
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, partners, and marketing teams
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and Outreach is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Willingness to travel for events (up to 25%)
