The salary range for this role, based in Dallas, is $101,920.00 to $127,400.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Field Marketing Manager to drive market‑level activation excellence, commercial alignment, and insights‑led growth across assigned geographies. In this role, you will develop and execute state‑level marketing strategies, optimize A&P investment, and collaborate closely with Sales, Distributor partners, Brand, and Commercial teams. You will shape local market execution, champion commercial priorities, and serve as the voice of the market to ensure programs land with maximum impact. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence brand performance at scale while delivering meaningful local market wins.

What you’ll do

Market Strategy, Planning, & Activation

  • Lead state‑level marketing strategy, annual planning, and activation across designated markets to support sales and distributor partners.

  • Translate national programs and priority periods into clear market direction for Sales Leads and Distributor teams, ensuring alignment and execution focus.

  • Develop localized execution plans and playbooks aligned to brand guidelines, optimizing for local needs, including regional chains.

  • Capture, synthesize, and communicate market insights to support brand annual planning and master program briefing processes.

  • Manage large‑scale brand events, sponsorships, and agency‑led programming to deliver brand visibility and ROI.

Annual A&P Planning & Budget Management

  • Lead market‑level A&P budget development in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate and brand strategies.

  • Own all A&P and LMF management, tracking, reconciliation.

  • Optimize investment across states based on market dynamics while balancing national priorities.

Customer / Distributor Sell Decks & Communication

  • Finalize customer and distributor sell decks including program objectives, shopper insights, media support, and one‑page sell sheets.

  • Present program priorities at key distributor forums including Kickoffs, GSMs, and QBRs to drive alignment and activation.

  • Define commercial objectives for all programs and manage post‑program evaluation, including ROI readouts.

  • Champion and scale best practices across the commercial ecosystem to drive consistency and effectiveness.

Market Intelligence & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the voice of the market by sharing insights, performance feedback, and growth opportunities with Brand, Channel, Commercial, and Leadership Teams.

  • Translate field feedback into recommendations to inform national program development.

  • Champion simplification by identifying and eliminating process friction.

Required qualifications

  • 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within beverage alcohol, trade/retail management, or brand roles.

  • Demonstrated experience developing local activation strategies and driving commercial planning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
