
The Field Marketer 3 is responsible for driving demand with Hyland's named account model through strategic program development and execution of top-tier marketing experiences that create pipeline and drive alignment across revenue teams.
As a Field Marketer you are responsible for supporting the field in developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness drive and nurture leads accelerating opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with Hyland’s sales leaders sales development representatives product marketing solution marketing and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute. This position will strategize closely with Hyland’s Plan Owner to define and develop field marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the demand generation team and sales leaders to develop regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Three or more years in B2B marketing
Two or more years of field marketing experience
Proven record of putting customer experience at the forefront of campaign and program planning
Successful record of enabling and partnering with sales to achieve revenue goals
Experience in relevant markets creating and implementing successful marketing programs that engage new prospects accounts and customers; leveraging a range of tactics and technologies within budget and on time

Up to 25% travel time required
The salary range for this role is $106,000 - $119,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
