As a Field Marketing Executive Distribution, you will be one of the faces of Milwaukee in the Liège region. You’ll work closely with our distribution partners, meet professional end users every day and bring our innovations to life through powerful demonstrations, training sessions and events.

As a Field Marketing Executive Distribution, you will directly contribute to the growth and visibility of Milwaukee across the Liège region.

You’ll spend your time with our distribution partners and professional end users, creating excitement around our products and identifying new commercial opportunities.

You listen to what professionals need, demonstrate how Milwaukee can improve the way they work and help them discover the full potential of our solutions.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same.

One day you might be running product demonstrations at one of our distributors. The next, you’re talking to professional users about their applications and showing them the right Milwaukee solution. A few days later, you could be representing Team Red at an event or open day.

You will:

• Represent Milwaukee across our distribution network in the Liège region.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to distributors and professional end users.
• Advise users on the full Milwaukee ecosystem, including power tools, accessories, hand tools, storage solutions, Outdoor Power Equipment and PPE.
• Understand end-user applications and connect their needs with the right Milwaukee solutions.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and convert professional users to Milwaukee.
• Support our distribution partners in increasing Milwaukee's visibility and growth.
• Organise and participate in demonstration days, events, trade shows, open days and other commercial activities.
• Continuously develop your product and commercial knowledge to become a trusted Milwaukee expert in your region.
• Work closely with our Sales, Job Site Solutions and Marketing teams to maximise commercial opportunities.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys meeting people and wants to build a commercial career.

You're energetic, curious and comfortable approaching new people. You enjoy taking initiative and would rather be out in the field creating opportunities than sitting behind a desk all day.

Previous commercial experience is an advantage, but your drive, potential and willingness to develop are even more important.

You also bring:

• You are at the beginning of your career or already have some initial commercial experience.
• An interest in technical products, professional tools or the construction and industrial environment.
• Confidence in presenting, demonstrating and engaging with people.
• A natural ability to build relationships with different types of customers and end users.
• An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset – you see opportunities and act on them.
• The ability to work independently while enjoying being part of an ambitious team.
• Fluency in French and the ability to communicate confidently in English.
• A valid driving licence (B).
