Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to support and execute on-ground marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute field marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.

Coordinate promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.

Organize and manage trade shows, corporate events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.

Conduct competitor analysis and gather market insights from field activities.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business targets.

Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

13 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel for events and field activities.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of social media and digital marketing support.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Creative thinking with attention to detail.
